Very professional from start to finish
Just a few words to thank you for the training course I recently attended.
I found you both very professional from start to finish. I found the course highly intense but in a very relaxed atmosphere. As i have already told you I had previously been on a training course I wont tell you there name but for the record lets just call them Dick Turpin PDR training, oh no thats not right Dick Turpin wore a mask when he robbed people.
When I came back from the first mickey mouse course i was very dissapointed with myself but having been on your course it proved to me that it wasn't actually me at fault but the course i had been on.
Since returning from your course I am full of confidence and enthusiasm. So if your from down South or from the Midlands or scotland then the course at dings and dents LTD is definetly the right course to go on but if your from Lancashire like me then you need to go to Dick Turpins PDR training (dont need the competition thanks) thats how high I rate this course.

Stunned with the results
Steve came out to visit me in Bath this morning and did an incredible job on the aluminium boot of my Boxster. Pass on my thanks if you would.
I have already pased on your details to our fleet manager. We have about 3-400 staff with cars in the region with our regional HO in Bristol. I know that we spend substantially more than we need to on repairs before end of lease so lets hope you get some business.

You won't find better training
Hiya Lads,
Just mailing to say what a great week of training I had and I would like to thank both Carl and Neil who were equally excellent and very helpful with what’s a well structured course all week.
The training is very intense but also very enjoyable and it must be said that we all had a great laugh, which is also needed. We were also well fed even if one of the lads on the course ate most of it on the first day ha ha, no names mentioned.
I have my brackets and panels all set up at home now and ready for some serious practice.
Just to sum it up for anyone who is borderline as to what company to train with, make up your mind now and give these lads a ring. You won't find better training and they genuinely want everyone to do well.

Training on the course was excellent
Just a quick line to thank you both for my PDR training at Dings and Dents, which I really enjoyed.
The one-to-one training on the course was excellent and has given me the ability to undertake PDR work with confidence.I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere on the course which was friendly and supportive while remaining highly focussed.
Your kind offer of ongoing support is also much appreciated and I believe a feature which distinguishes training with Dings and Dents from similar courses.
I have attended many courses over the years and consider this to be one of the best.

The course was first class
I would like to say thanks to Carl and Neil for the weeks training at Dings and Dents.
The course was first class,they taught me how to get those dents out to 100% not to 50 % .
We had a good laugh with everyone on the course .I would not hesitate recommending this course to anybody thinking of doing PDR .
To Carl and Neil and all the lads I met that week,have a great crimbo and new year,drinks are on Neil.

hi carl and neil. its paul from manchester that was on last trainin course. just wanted to say thanx 4 the amazin trainini it was fantastic and wuld recomend anyone. i keep on practicing, some days doin well some days just dosnt seem like i'm gettin anywhere! but its only early days yet and dont think i did myself any favours by choosin a bmw 3seires coupe door to practice on. anyway for any1 on the course in the future u aint no dick turpins!!! keep in touch and i'll keep u informed how i'm gettin on. thanx again. hope to c u both soon. c ya!!

Amazed
I just wanted to write a quick testimonial for Steve Gunstone, who
fixed a dent on my Civic Type-R today:
I was genuinely amazed at the quality and effort put into fixing a sizeable
dent on my car. Steve arrived on schedule, removed the inner panel trim
without any guidance required and fixed the problem in less than 45
minutes. I was expecting to see dimples or some kind of post-repair
"ripple" on the paintwork but the quality of the work was
second-to-none. It is actually impossible now to see where the dent was
originally, there is absolutely no deformation in the paintwork or car body
whatsoever.
I would have no hesitation in recommending his/your services to my friends
and co-workers.
